Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Health
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide skilled home health care to our patients. The ideal candidate has home health experience, strong clinical skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- CPR certification
- Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting per Florida Law and AHCA requirements
Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting, in accordance with Florida Law and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements.
